Our most popular loaf at the Santa Barbara Farmers’ Market, this naturally leavened loaf incorporates freshly milled red wheat flour (currently Rouge de Bordeaux, a wheat prized by French breadmakers) and three kinds of seeds (sesame, flax, and sunflower), inside and out. 

The Sandwich Pan Loaf is great for conventional toasters and lunchboxes. Also amazing as part of a cheese course.
