Our most popular loaf at the Santa Barbara Farmers’ Market, this naturally leavened loaf incorporates freshly milled red wheat flour (currently Rouge de Bordeaux, a wheat prized by French breadmakers) and three kinds of seeds (sesame, flax, and sunflower), inside and out.
The traditional Oval Hearth Loaf is baked directly on the oven brick for a toothsome crust.
