This is dough ready for you to bring home and bake into a delicious pizza in your own oven. Pick up some fresh farmers’ market toppings for an easy, seasonally minded dinner. Each bag is 10 oz., enough for a large dinner plate-sized pizza—feeds 1-2 people.
Made from our freshly milled flour, fermented by equal parts sourdough starter and commercial yeast. The fresh milling makes all the difference in flavor—kind of like how freshly ground coffee is so much more flavorful than pre-ground.
Pizza goes great with our carbonic Sangiovese!
