Our most popular loaf at the Santa Barbara Farmers’ Market, this naturally leavened loaf incorporates freshly milled red wheat flour (currently Rouge de Bordeaux, a wheat prized by French breadmakers) and three kinds of seeds (sesame, flax, and sunflower), inside and out. 

Available as either a sandwich pan loaf (great for conventional toasters) or as a traditional oval hearth loaf.
